Kirk Sanford, our Chief Executive Officer, President, and principal founder, is a pioneer and leader in payment and marketing services to the casino industry and prior to the announcement of retirement in 2007, he was the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of Global Cash Access Inc. (NYSE: GCA). Mr. Sanford's entrepreneurial leadership took GCA from a start-up company to a NYSE public company with more than $1.5Billion market capitalization, $650Million in annualized revenues, and 400 employees around the world. Mr. Sanford has also been involved with a number of other successful businesses including his role as Chief Executive Officer, President and Owner of Central Credit, a provider of gaming patron credit information services to casinos throughout the world. Mr. Sanford has completed various M&A, leverage recapitalizations, high yield financings, private equity, and initial public offerings. Mr. Sanford was featured by Business Week as one of the Top 100 CEO's Under 40.

Tom Sears, our Executive Vice President of Operations and Business Development has over 20 years of diverse gaming experience as an operator and in gaming payment and ticket redemption businesses. His most recent role was Senior Vice President of NRT corporation, a leading ticket redemption provider, and President of Centre Payment Systems. Prior to this role, Mr. Sears was Executive Vice President of Business Development for Global Cash Access (NYSE:GCA) for 8 years, a role in which his strategic vision revolutionized a number of cash access service offerings. Prior to GCA, Mr. Sears was with Park Place Entertainment and Harrah's in various operational roles.

Diran Kludjian, our Executive Vice President of Sales has over 30 years of experience in the gaming, hospitality and retail industries. Prior to Mr. Kludjian's announcement of retirement in early 2008, he was Executive Vice President of Sales for Global Cash Access Inc. (NYSE: GCA). Under Mr. Kludjian's direction and sales plan over the span of a decade he tripled annual revenues and EBITDA to $600Million and $100Million, respectively. Prior to GCA, Mr. Kludjian spent 5 years with First Data Corporation, last serving as Vice President of the Chase Banking Alliance for the Travel and Entertainment sector. Mr. Kludjian also has 15 years of consumer product sales and marketing experience where he resided over teams that sold products to department stores, mass merchants, drug chains, wholesale clubs, and supermarkets.

Harry Hagerty, our Executive Vice President has over 20 years experience in the gaming, payment, and investment banking industries. From 2004 through 2007 Mr. Hagerty was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Global Cash Access (NYSE:GCA) and led GCA's IPO in September 2005, which valued the company at more than $1 billion. Prior to his role with GCA, Mr. Hagerty was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Caesars Entertainment Inc. (NYZE:CZR), then the largest company in the gaming industry. At both GCA and Caesars, Mr. Hagerty delivered for investors, driving increased stock prices for equity investors and decreased leverage for debt investors. From June 2008 to July 2010, he served on the board of directors of Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc. (NYSE:TER), serving on its Audit, Compensation and Financial Restructuring Committees. Mr. Hagerty is actively involved in supporting the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC), serving as President and Treasurer of the UMC Foundation and as Vice-Chair of the UMC Hospital Advisory Board.

Omer Sattar, our Executive Vice President has over 8 years operations experience in the gaming payment industry. Mr. Sattar, for the past two years served as President of UB Ventures a service provider to the prepaid card industry. Prior to this role he was Senior Vice-President of Operations for Global Cash Access Inc. (NYSE: GCA). In this role he had P&L responsibility for over $500 million in revenue. Mr. Sattar was an integral part of the team that successfully launched GCA's products and services in Macau, France, Switzerland, Belgium, and South Africa. Prior to joining GCA, Mr. Sattar was the Vice-President of Product Development and Sourcing for Phoenician Imports, Inc., a privately held wholesaler and retailer of home and hotel furnishings operating in the Southern US and Latin and South America. In this capacity Mr. Sattar has extensive experience living and working in mainland China. Mr. Sattar started his career in Debt Capital Markets and Healthcare Corporate and Investment Banking with Wachovia Securities.

Mark Allison, our Senior Vice President of Information Technology brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in information systems and information technologies. Most recently, Mr. Allison served for 5 years as Vice President of Information Technology at Global Cash Access Inc. (NYSE:GCA). As senior management of GCA, Mr. Allison had a wide range of responsibilities including systems, process and product development designing and implementing most of the organization's enterprise IT infrastructure. Prior to this role he spent 10 years as Information Technology Director with Central Credit, a provider of gaming patron credit information services to casinos throughout the world.
